The VQ-1560 II LiDAR waveform processing system offers increased performance and high productivity, based on a laser pulse repetition rate of up to 4 MHz, resulting in over 2.66 million measurements per second on the ground .

Typical operating flight altitudes range from less than 1,500 ft to 12,100 ft (@ target reflectance of> 20%). The repetition rate of the laser pulses can be adjusted in steps lower than 12 kHz.
In combination with different laser power modes, it is possible to subtly optimize the acquisition parameters to meet the specific requirements of the project.

These features make the tool the most flexible choice for purchasing scanning data with an exceptionally wide range of achievable point densities and maximum data collection efficiency at the same time. The VQ-1560 II's unique forward / backward scan angle with its 58-degree wide field of view allows data to be captured from multiple angles more efficiently and accurately at high densities.

The system is equipped with a perfectly integrated high performance IMU / GNSS unit and e.g. an optional 150-megapixel RGB camera built into the main compartment of the camera.
Optionally, a second room, e.g. a thermal camera or an infrared camera of almost 150 megapixels can be integrated on request. The compact housing design features a mounting flange for interfacing with typical hatches or gyroscope-stabilized leveling brackets.
